School Reopens

Based on the advice of the Chief Medical Officer of Health and the Ministry of Education, your school will be reopening for in-person learning on Monday, January 25, 2021. Transportation will also resume.

Please note the following health and safety measures and changes to the requirements for masking. 

Screening

Please continue to access the COVID-19 school and child care screening tool by visiting https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/ every morning.  Please ensure you follow the direction provided by the screening tool.

Masking

Masking will now be mandatory for all students in Grades 1 to 3. This masking requirement will be in addition to the existing requirement for students in Grades 4 to12.  Masks will be required in the school, on all transportation vehicles and during outdoor activities where physical distancing is not possible.  Students in Kindergarten are strongly encouraged but will not be required to wear masks.  Please ensure that your child comes to school with a mask for indoor use and a mask for outdoor use.
